Thank you for your interest in my Strange Dolls! Should you have additional questions about the shop policies, feel free to contact me.

Payment

Methods of payment accepted: Paypal, Venmo, Credit/Debit Cards. I do not take cash or check payments.
Work is shipped only after payment is received through the checkout process on my website.

Shipping

Once payment is received, the artwork will ship out within 1 week via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive the tracking number by email once it is shipped.

I will ship work to any country. Please be aware, you are responsible for all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do my best to represent the artwork using photos and details about size and materials therefore there are no refunds and no exchanges if you are unhappy with the piece. If you feel unsure about your purchase, feel free to contact me for additional info or photos. All items are packed securely to prevent damage during shipping. If you receive an item that is broken, please contact me within 2 days of receiving it to discuss the refund process.

All rights pertaining to the images in this shop are reserved by the artist and are not transferred to the purchaser upon sale of the artwork. 

If you would like to use my images to promote my Strange Dolls in printed materials or in film, please contact me for permission and to let me know where they will be used. I am happy to share and reciprocate.
